In order to make agreements and special offers effective, you have to obtain an alumni card. You will be able to ask for one soon.
PD. Participating companies are responsible of special offers, services and products. ASFP is not responsible of any issue arising between the company and the user. The benefit is only offered to the School community and is applicable when using your card. |
Benefit Plan
Your company can participate!
The ASFP Community Benefit Plan is a free program that basically any company can join with exclusive benefits.
By participating in the Benefit Plan, your company can position itself among the community of one of the most prestigious educational institutions in Puebla. You will be able to tailor your company’s benefit to its needs. For example, you can provide the benefit to all the community (students, staff, parents and alumni). In order to use the benefit, a School ID will be presented. In the case of young students, the mother or the father will use the card according to the company’s guidelines.
When your company joins the Benefit Plan, your company will have the following benefits:
- Your trademark will be published in the alumni page of our website.
- You will be advertised in the alumni section of the School’s magazine so people can consult the benefits.
- Preferential price for showcasing your trademark in ASFP events (Think Ahead).
- Your benefit will be advertised in the Alumni Community Facebook page twice a year.
Requirements to be part of the Benefit Plan:
The main requirement is that your company offers special offers or benefits to the ASFP Community. The validity of benefits will follow the school year: it will end the last day of July of each year and you will be able to renew benefits on the same month so that they are reactivated in August.

- Description of the benefit (discount, preferential rate, gift, who it is addressed to other than alumni, etc.):
- Logo of the company in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
Registration
To be part of the Benefit Plan, the company must:
- Offer a special offer, discount or preferential rate for the ASFP Community (the company can select who can have access to the offer)
- Send an e-mail to egresados@cap.edu.mx with the following information:
- Name of the company:
- Nature of business:
- Location:
- Webpage:
- Location map (optional):
- Contact:
- Phone number:
- E-mail address:
- Description of the benefit (discount, preferential rate, gift, who it is addressed to other than alumni, etc.):
- Logo of the company in JPEG format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi (optional).
- The validity of benefits will follow the school year: it will end the last day of July of each year and you will be able to renew benefits on the same month.
- The benefit will be published on the webpage of the American School of Puebla in the alumni section after the agreement has been concluded.
- Once the benefit has been published, it will be confirmed with the company.
